Since 1993, Pallis Properties has developed, managed, and owned long-term commercial real estate projects across the greater Puget Sound and Pacific Northwest regions. The company united two established development efforts: George Pallis’s GP Builders, founded in the early 1960s, and his son Chris Pallis’s newly established Pallis Properties.
George and Chris drew upon over 70 years of combined experience in the commercial real estate development industry. They collectively developed over two dozen successful projects, spanning office buildings, self-storage facilities, apartment complexes, build-to-suit properties, and anchored retail centers. Today, while the company has a broad spectrum of development categories, the company’s primary focus remains development of retail and multifamily properties.
