About Pallis Properties
Building enduring value in the Pacific Northwest
Our Philosophy: Built for Long-Term Partnership
Decades of Commercial Real Estate Experience
Since 1993, Pallis Properties has developed, managed, and owned long-term commercial real estate projects across the greater Puget Sound and Pacific Northwest regions. Pallis Properties drew upon the experience of two established development efforts: George Pallis’s GP Builders, founded in the early 1960s, and his son Chris Pallis’s newly established Pallis Properties.
Pallis Properties has developed over two dozen successful projects, spanning grocery-anchored retail shopping centers, build-to-suit retail, self-storage facilities, apartment complexes, industrial buildings, and office/office-medical properties. Today, the company’s primary focus remains developing retail projects occupied by national or regional tenants under long-term leases while expanding our portfolio of high-quality multifamily apartment communities.

About the President
Chris Pallis has worked in commercial real estate since 1982. He began his career in the brokerage community, representing office, industrial, and retail clients seeking facilities in the greater King County area. After being nominated as a finalist for the Broker of the Year award for four consecutive years (1991–1994), he won the prestigious title in 1994 as the top-producing commercial real estate agent in the greater Seattle area. During his active brokerage years, Chris also served as a panel member for the Ethics and Standards Committee of the Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors (WSCAR). Chris also earned the distinguished CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 1992, providing the foundation for his deep understanding of commercial real estate investment analysis, financial performance, and return fundamentals.
Since 1993, Chris has focused exclusively on developing, managing, and owning quality retail, self-storage, and office/medical projects in the greater Puget Sound region. He assembled over two dozen partnerships to develop and maintain long-term ownership of these properties.
Outside of real estate, Chris remains highly active in his community. He is a generous donor and fundraiser for the Children’s Hospital and has served as Parish President for St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Seattle. He also dedicated 16 years to coaching youth sports on Mercer Island, including 10 years of Little League Baseball and six years of Little League Football.
